Booking & Payment
How do I book a rental?
Browse our Rentals page, choose your item and event date, and check out online. You’ll be asked for your email, phone number, and delivery address so we can get everything to you.
How are rentals priced?
Each rental has its own set rental periods, such as hourly, 4 hours, per day or per week. You’ll see the available options and prices on each product page before you book.
How much do I pay upfront?
A 25% deposit is due at checkout to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due before your event, and we’ll send you a friendly payment reminder so nothing slips through the cracks.
Is there a security deposit?
No. We don’t charge a separate security deposit. Just your 25% reservation deposit and the remaining balance.
Can I add extras to my order?
Yes! Optional add-ons are available at checkout, so you can round out your setup in one easy order.
Will I get a confirmation or invoice?
Yes. You’ll receive an email confirmation and invoice for your booking, plus reminder emails leading up to your event.
Delivery & Pickup
Do you deliver?
Yes. All rentals are delivered to your event location and picked up afterward. We’re based in Orange Park, Florida.
How much is delivery?
We charge one flat delivery fee, shown at checkout. Simple and predictable.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, same-day delivery is available, subject to availability. For the best chance of getting your date, we recommend booking as early as possible.
Will I be reminded before delivery and pickup?
Yes. We’ll send you a reminder 48 hours before your delivery, and another reminder 12 hours before your rental is due to be picked up.
Rentals & Care
What condition will my rental arrive in?
Every item is inspected before it leaves us and again after it returns, so it arrives clean, complete, and ready for its close-up.
What should I do if something is damaged?
Please let us know right away by calling or emailing us. Honest accidents happen, and we’d always rather hear from you early so we can help.
Can the rentals be used outdoors?
Many setups work beautifully outdoors. Please reach out before booking and tell us about your venue, and we’ll help make sure it’s a good fit.
Our Collection
Will you be adding more rentals?
Yes! We’re a growing business. Our collection includes flower and greenery walls, photo booths, floral décor and packages, and more items are on the way. Our inventory is updated regularly, so be sure to check back often.
Do you offer bundles or packages?
Yes! Our Bundle & Save packages pair a photo booth with a floral or greenery wall, including setup and breakdown, at a better price. More bundles are planned as our collection grows.
